What to Expect when returning to the Studio

General Update

  • Beginning Wed, June 24th, I will resume in-studio private Pilates sessions again.

  • I will also continue to offer zoom sessions indefinitely.

  • Please read all of the New Etiquette & Logistics posted below and you will be asked to sign a waiver in person or electronically to participate.

Etiquette & Logistics

  • I will be instituting a 10-15 minute gap between clients for rest of summer (at least).

  • I will be sanitizing all used equipment and bathroom between clients in addition to all door handles.

  • You are welcome to wipe down equipment for your own piece-of-mind, but it must be safe for the equipment

  • I will NOT be wearing a mask during sessions.  If you are at all uncomfortable, I will continue to provide zoom sessions indefinitely.

  • Hands on assists will be limited to “necessary” help while we continue to navigate the transition period.

  • If you would like to wear a mask, you may, although I don’t recommend it for your own safety while exercising.

  • If you wish to bring your own props (magic circle, foam roller, hand weights, etc) you may, but it is not required.

  • I do ask that if for any reason you are sick, regardless of the severity of your illness, PLEASE STAY HOME.  Kindly wait until you are symptom-free for a full a full 24-48 hrs before returning to the studio.  I will do the same.

  • Other than a true emergency situation or sudden onset of illness, same-day lesson cancellations will be charged as a regular session.

  • Some clients will still be taking zoom sessions. If you arrive early and don’t see another car in the driveway, you may come in, but please realize I may be in my studio on a zoom session with another client.

  • If for any reason you arrive early and another client’s car is in driveway, please wait until they have left my house before entering (trying to minimize traffic in foyer).

  • Please use hand sanitizer or wash hands upon entering. I will leave a bottle of hand sanitizer on the table in my foyer.

  • We have installed UV lights in addition to the existing HEPA grade filters on our HVAC units which reduce any germs significantly.

Other

  • All sessions (zoom and in-studio) resume to normal hourly and package rates as listed on the website www.allisonbridge.com as of June 24, 2020.

  • Moving forward, cash and Venmo are preferred methods of payment for AllisonBridge to continue offering sessions at a rate below the “going-rate” for private pilates sessions.
